Breakdowns come without warning. In the event of a breakdown, our Gas Safe Engineers will complete a thorough inspection and test using the latest diagnostic equipment to find the root cause of the fault.
When the Engineer has diagnosed the fault, they will be able to advise on the best solution to resolve the problem and normally provide a quotation before starting any further work.
Charges during working hours Mon - Fri 8am - 4pm £60.00 first hour and then £40/hour (to the nearest half hour) (double at all other times) with no fix no fee* on all Baxi branded domestic boilers up to 10 years old.
*There is no charge, except for any pre arranged travelling costs, if we are unable to diagnose a fault and offer a fix.
